A thick center cut loin chop smoked over maple wood and glazed with our homemade Jim Beam bourbon sauce. Smoked pork may look pinkish in color. This is due to the smoking process. It is not undercooked! 14.95

Roadside Willies serves up the tastiest potato skins around. Now you can make them at home! Just pick up a bottle of Willie's all-purpose Skinz spice and follow these simple instructions. Cut the skins really thin. They are NOT supposed to be potato wedges! Rinse and dry with a paper towel. Cook in your home deep-fryer at 350F until just starting to crisp. Sprinkle a generous amount of Skinz spice on the potato skins while tossing in a bowl. Transfer to a baking dish and dress the skins with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, green onions and real bacon bits. Pre-heat oven to 450F, place on the middle rack and bake until the cheese has melted. Be careful not to burn. Serve with a side of sour cream, or whatever suits your fancy. Willie’s New York-Style Smoked Meat

Not all sandwiches are created equal. Our new Dagwood Club and Smoked Meat on Rye introduce you to New York-style smoked meat, made in-house from scratch. Some folks call it pastrami. We call it damn good. It’s a long process, but, hey, delicious delights don’t just fall from the sky. You have to work hard for them. How hard? First we pickle premium quality beef brisket in a special brine over a period of days. Yup, days. Then we rub on a thick layer of our proprietary spice blend and let rest for 24 hours. The brisket is then smoked low and slow over hickory wood for hours, until just the right internal temperature. Boy oh boy, our mouths are really starting to water now. Finally, the smoked meat is steam finished and sliced. Open wide. But do take care. This stuff is addictive. See you soon!
