Cooked-to-order, Roadside Willies serves up the tastiest potato skins around. Now you can make them at home! Just pick up a bottle of Willie's all-purpose Skinz spice and follow these simple instructions. Cut the skins really thin. They are NOT supposed to be potato wedges! Rinse and dry with a paper towel. Cook in your home fryer at 350F until almost crisp. Sprinkle a generous amount of Skinz spice on the potato skins while tossing in a bowl. Transfer to a baking dish and dress the skins with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, green onions and real bacon bits. Fill your spicy boots by adding stuff like banana peppers and jalapenos. Pre-heat oven to 450F, place on the middle rack and bake until the cheese has melted. Be careful not to burn. Serve with a side of sour cream, or whatever suits your fancy.
