Guacamole? Peanut butter? Nutella? YOU’RE S****ING ME, RIGHT? STOP THE MADNESS! Sometimes you just gotta draw a line in the sand and get back to what made hamburgers great in the first place. Start with 80/20 ground chuck. You don't need no secret seasonings and fillings to make this stuff taste lip smacking good. That’s right. Just a light sprinkling of good ol' salt and pepper and you’re good to go. Slam the beef patty on a flat-top griddle and cook to juicy perfection, leaving both sides with a deep, brown crust. Oh yeah. Then slap it on a plain toasted bun with double cheddar, double bacon and a crown of fried onions. There yah have it, folks. Willie’s Single Double Double. Simple. Delicious. Make The Hamburger Great Again.

We will not be open for lunch today due to the snow storm. We'll reevaluate the situation this afternoon to determine whether we can open at 4pm. If not, you will just have to eat at home. After all, this is Canada, eh?

UPDATE: Reevaluation complete. We will be closed for the whole day. It will take some time, but the BBQ and picnic table will be prepped in time for supper. Pull up a chair and relax. See you tomorrow ... we hope!
